Nature Therapy Course in Enniscorthy: Friday Evenings This September
Missed the August dates? This September, Enniscorthy Community Allotments is running a second four week Nature Therapy course with facilitator Dee, looking at how we can turn to nature for healing. Places are limited to 10, so early interest is encouraged.
What is nature therapy?
Nature therapy uses guided time outdoors to help people slow down, reconnect, and build a sense of calm. Across the four weeks, Dee will lead the group through simple, accessible ways to look to nature for healing, using the allotments themselves as the setting.

Who is the course for?
This course suits anyone curious about how nature can support their wellbeing. No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to spend a Friday evening outdoors. It is equally suited to allotment members and to newcomers who have never visited the site before.

Meet your facilitator, Dee
The course is led by Dee, who brings a warm, grounded approach to exploring nature as a source of healing. Dee’s sessions invite participants to notice, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world around them.
