Incident Report Policy

At Enniscorthy Community Allotments, the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site is a priority. We want our allotments to be a welcoming, respectful space for all.

If you witness or are involved in a health and safety issue or a dispute on site, please let us know as soon as possible using our Incident Report Form. This helps us respond appropriately, address concerns, and keep our community safe.

What to Report

The form can be used to report:

  • Health and safety issues – personal injury, trip hazards, unsafe structures, fire risks, hazardous materials, or animal-related incidents
  • Disputes or conflicts – verbal altercations, threatening behaviour, property damage, theft, or breaches of site rules

How to Submit

Please download the form below, complete it as fully as possible, and return it to a committee member or email it to enniscorthyallotments@gmail.com. All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by the committee.
