Irresistible Outdoors at Enniscorthy Allotments

Irresistible Outdoors at Enniscorthy Allotments
Nurture yourself through nature.
We’re thrilled to announce a brand new Therapeutic Horticulture programme coming to the allotments this spring and summer. Over 13 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with nature, learn new skills, and find peace in the garden, all guided by the wonderful Coralie Ryan.
This is a pilot programme supported by Wexford County Council and Sláintecare Healthy Communities, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming Coralie to our community.
About the Programme
Irresistible Outdoors at Enniscorthy Allotments is a 13-week therapeutic horticulture programme designed to help participants foster wellbeing through hands-on gardening activities. Each session combines mindfulness, seasonal awareness, and practical horticulture in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Every session follows a gentle, structured format:
- 5 mins: Greeting and explaining the session
- 10 mins: Mindful beginning and seasonal awareness
- 30 mins: Activity
- 5 mins: Q&A arising from the activity
- 5 mins: Mindful closing
- 5 mins: Feedback and goodbyes
