Mindfulness Meditation Programme

From Tuesday 7th May we are holding an 8 week Mindfulness Meditation Programme every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 9pm with Mindfulness instructor Hillary Connor.

This 8 week programme aims to help you develop skilful ways of dealing with difficulty and improve your quality of life.

* Become more present and live fully.

* Develop kinder and self compassionate ways to meet challenges.

* Improve your wellbeing.

* Increase quality sleep.
