A Soothing Outdoor Experience to Reconnect
Join us this September at the Enniscorthy Community Allotments for a restorative Nature Therapy Course in Enniscorthy, led by Deirdre Cummins. Starting Friday, September 5, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, this free weekly course will run for 4 weeks and is designed to help you unwind, reconnect with nature, and nurture your wellbeing—mind, body, and community.
🧘What is Nature Therapy?
Nature therapy, or ecotherapy, is a gentle, evidence-based practice that uses natural surroundings to enhance our sense of peace, mindfulness, and emotional resilience.
Each session includes:
- Guided time outdoors
- Thoughtful mindfulness or creative exercises
- Gentle movement or sensory grounding
- Space for sharing, pause, and reflection
Whether you’re a garden lover, curious beginner, or simply seeking calm, this course welcomes you.
