We had a great evening for the start of our Food Preservation course with the fabulous Annika Schulz.
There was a fantastic turnout for this course! It was a very informative evening. We were all so very cosy in our beautiful dome learning about all the tools and equipment required to preserve food.
There was great craic and banter among the group. We are all looking forward to the coming weeks.
This course was thoroughly enjoyable for everyone, they all really enjoyed learning how to preserve their own food.
