DESCRIPTION:Missed the August dates? This September\, Enniscorthy Community Allotments is running a second four week Nature Therapy course with facilitator Dee\, looking at how we can turn to nature for healing. Places are limited to 10\, so early interest is encouraged. \nWhat is nature therapy?\nNature therapy uses guided time outdoors to help people slow down\, reconnect\, and build a sense of calm. Across the four weeks\, Dee will lead the group through simple\, accessible ways to look to nature for healing\, using the allotments themselves as the setting. \nThis September course follows the same format as the August group\, for anyone who could not attend then or who would prefer the later dates. No previous experience is needed\, just an open mind and a willingness to spend a Friday evening outdoors. Running through the autumn growing season\, it gives participants the chance to learn on site\, working with the soil\, plants\, and growing spaces at Gort Na Gréine rather than in a classroom. \nWho is the workshop for?\nThis workshop suits everyone\, no previous experience needed.
