Starting Friday\, 29 May 2026\, these practical evening sessions will guide you through the traditional skills of preserving food safely and confidently. From fermentation to pressure canning and beyond. \nPlaces are limited\, so early registration is encouraged. \nWhat the Course Covers\nLed by experienced tutor Annika Schulz\, this course introduces you to both short-term and long-term food preservation methods.
